Shipping Policy
When you place an order with Waygor, it will be shipped to the address you designate, provided that the shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions listed on our website. All purchases are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items pass to you once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
If any item is damaged or lost during shipping, it is your responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier.
We require a valid email address to contact you regarding any issues that may arise with your order. Additionally, a daytime telephone number is necessary for the preparation of shipping documents.
International Shipping Responsibilities
For international orders, please be aware that taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and delivery agent charges are not included in the total amount you pay at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are your responsibility and must be paid upon the arrival of your shipment.
If you are unfamiliar with importing goods into your country, we strongly recommend checking with your local Customs Office or the carrier’s local office to understand any additional charges you may incur.
In cases where packages are held by customs or the local delivery agent:
It is your responsibility to track, locate, and arrange for the clearance and delivery of your package.
Before placing an order, confirm with your Customs Office whether you need an import license for the products being purchased.
If you refuse delivery or if the package is returned to us for any reason:
We will issue a credit for the merchandise only if and when the goods are returned to us in good condition.
Shipping fees (both outbound and return), along with any duties or taxes, will be deducted from your credit.
We encourage you to be fully aware of your country’s customs procedures and any import restrictions before ordering.
Important Notes for International Orders
All shipments leaving our warehouse for international destinations are double-checked and tested to ensure quality.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items confiscated by foreign customs.
Products are tested prior to shipment, ensuring you receive fully functional goods.
All international orders are shipped complete.
In rare cases of back orders:
Your order may be held until all items are available.
Our specialists will contact you if there is an unusual delay.

Flat Rate Shipping
Applicable for orders weighing up to 2 kilograms.
Size Limitations:
Maximum dimensions: Length + Width + Height ≤ 900mm (maximum single side ≤ 600mm)
Minimum dimensions: 140mm (length) × 90mm (width).
Service: Door-to-door.
Estimated Delivery Time: 20–35 days.
Express Shipping (via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx)
Service: Door-to-door.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–12 days.
Shipping Term: DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
(Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.)
Pick-Up Option
Shipping Term: EXW (Ex Works).
Customers can arrange for their own freight forwarder to pick up the order from one of our warehouse locations:
