Waygor 60-Day Return and Exchange Policy

At Waygor, we are committed to delivering an outstanding shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund within 60 days from the invoice date.

Return and Exchange Process

All returns must receive pre-approval from Waygor before being sent back.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, including all materials, manuals, and instructions.

If items are missing parts or are not in original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Important Notes:

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and will be credited to your original form of payment (PayPal account or credit card).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COD (Collect on Delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy
Waygor offers a 60-day exchange policy.

Items can only be exchanged if the value of the returned item(s) matches exactly the value of the new item(s) you wish to receive.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

For warranty-related returns after 60 days, please contact us via email. Our specialist team will respond promptly with the best possible support solution.

If the return or exchange is not due to a fault on Waygor's part (e.g., customer changed mind, wrong item ordered), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any applicable duties or taxes.

We strongly recommend that customers review product specifications carefully before making a purchase. If uncertain, we advise purchasing small sample quantities before placing a large order.

Custom Orders, Large Orders, and Non-Returnable Items
For large orders, we encourage customers to order a small batch first to ensure product suitability for their needs.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to:

Large orders

Orders missing materials

Merchandise not returned in original packaging and condition

Customized or special-order items made according to customer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges due to reasons not caused by Waygor, the buyer bears full responsibility for all return shipping charges, taxes, and duties incurred.
